How can I exchange my boots?

To request an exchange, please return your boots to the address below:

Once your exchange is received and processed, your approved credit will be issued to the wallet on your ALFA account. You may then use that balance toward the correct size or a different style of your choice. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Do you offer refunds?

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Once approved, refunds may take up to 14 business days to fully process back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Is there a restocking fee?

Yes. All returned and canceled orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. All orders are processed and shipped with the utmost care to ensure they arrive in exceptional condition.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we currently ship exclusively within the United States.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

My package says delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?

Please first check around your delivery location, with neighbors, or with your local carrier. If you still cannot locate it, contact our customer care team and we will do our best to assist.

How can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation by emailing [email protected]. Please note that canceled orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
