We collect information in the following ways:
Information you provide directly. When you create an account, place an order, sign up for our Early Access SMS program or newsletter, request an exchange or refund, or contact customer support, you may provide:
Payment information. Payment card and related details are collected and processed directly by our payment providers (described below). We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics and advertising partners automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and browsing activity on the Site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies and Tracking Technologies” below).
We use the information we collect to:
We use WooPayments, which processes payments through Stripe, to handle transactions on our Site. Depending on your selection at checkout, payments may also be processed through PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, Affirm, Klarna, and Link.
When you make a purchase, the payment information you enter is transmitted directly to the applicable payment processor. These providers process your information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable payment-security standards (such as PCI-DSS). If you pay using PayPal, your transaction is handled through your PayPal account and is subject to PayPal’s own terms and privacy policy. If you choose a “buy now, pay later” or financing option (Afterpay, Affirm, or Klarna), that provider may collect additional information from you and make its own eligibility or credit determinations under its own terms and privacy policy.
We ship orders within the United States using UPS. To deliver your order and provide tracking, we share your name, shipping address, and order details with UPS.
We also offer Route (route.com) shipping protection. If you add Route protection to your order, your order and shipping information may be shared with Route to enable coverage and to process any shipping-related claims. Route processes this information under its own privacy policy. As noted in our Refund & Exchange Policy, Alfa Western Wear is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit; for packages lost in transit, we handle claims with UPS on your behalf.
If you opt in to our Early Access SMS Program, we collect and use your mobile phone number to send sign-up confirmations and notifications about limited-edition products. Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent will never be sold, shared, or rented to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Full details are available in our SMS Terms.
We may send you transactional emails relating to your account, orders, and customer-service requests. If you sign up for our newsletter or mailing list, we may also send you promotional emails; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing emails does not affect transactional messages necessary to fulfill your orders.
