Refund & Exchange Policy

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

  1. Product must not show any evidence of wear and must be returned with all its original tags. To ensure that your boots don’t show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly. Avoid any kind of hard flooring as it may scuff the soles of the boots.
  2. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for ALL shipping fees!
  3. Cancellation/Return orders will have a 15% restocking fee!
  4. Starting 01/27/26 we will be providing return labels on all single item orders ONLY. If return label is used, you will be deducted the $20 of shipping from the total amount of your order. Ex, you purchase a pair for $150 and with shipping the total is $170. If you choose to use the return label, you will be credited/refunded $130 ($20 of the initial shipping plus $20 return shipping). Pre order items and orders containing multiple products will not come with a return label. If that’s the case, you would have to ship them back on your own using the shipping provider of your preference (UPS recommended).
  5.  Products noted as “final sale” are non-exchangeable (please see description of products to verify for final sales)
  6.  Alfa may refuse any request for an if, in Alfas’ sole discretion, Alfa suspects fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or other manipulative behavior.
  7.  Customized items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. ALL canceled custom orders will have a 15% restocking fee!
  8. Alfa offers exchanges. The conditions mentioned above must be met and customers are responsible for ALL shipping fees.
  9. Alfa accepts refunds (shipping fees excluded). The same conditions mentioned above must be met and customers are responsible for ALL shipping fees.

Once Alfa receives your returned product, Alfa will inspect it and perform a quality check to ensure it meets the condition as stated in this Refunds and Exchanges Policy. Following inspection, if the product or products will be exchanged, Alfa will send you a one time coupon code to the email address provided when your purchase was made. If you are eligible for an exchange, Alfa will ship your exchange product, as applicable.

Exchanges and refunds will need to be verified and processed by Alfas’ distribution center team. Please allow at least 14 days from the date Alfa receives your return to process your exchange or refund, with additional time for shipping allotted for any exchanges. Processing timeframes may vary. Alfa is NOT responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. For any packages lost during transit from Alfa to you, please let Alfa handle all claims with UPS.
