EXCHANGES & RETURNS

If the product does not fit or you are unsatisfied, we can gladly help you in making an exchange. We do NOT offer refunds. The products must be in new condition with all their original tags and in their original packaging to be eligible for an exchange. Please note that products must be returned within 30 days of the date that you received your order. Products returned after the 30-day period will no longer be eligible for an exchange. The customer will be responsible for ALL shipping fees. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Products sold as FD (Factory Defect) and custom orders are final sales and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

To start an exchange, please follow these simple steps to make the exchange process as easy and as fast as possible.

  1. Make sure the product or products are in new condition.
  2. ⁠⁠Place a note inside the package with your contact information, the reason for the exchange, and any other comments or concerns to help us process your return quickly.
  3. Securely pack the items to ensure no damage during transit.

Once we receive the package, please allow 24-72 hours for us to process the return. Our returns department will contact you within that timeframe to assist you in finalizing the exchange process.
